My Skiking Experiance

I've been ski skating with Skikes for a couple of months now. These are a few things I've learned.

    1. Works best on black-top.

    2. It's more exercise than speed.

    3. Works your upper body well.

    4. More fun than jogging.

It's a good cardio workout. I hope more people give it a try.
